Scott Smith

Scott Smith became familiar with guns when he began hunting at the age of 7. As an adult, he joined the U.S. Army Reserves, where he became an expert rifleman as well as an expert using grenades. He has extensive experience using the M60 machine gun and M203 grenade launcher.

Later he became Tank Platoon Leader in the Texas Army National Guard where he trained soldiers in the use of the 105mm M60 main battle tank, which included the use of the .50 caliber machine gun. He also trained on the M109 155mm self-propelled Howitzer and M252 mortars.

Scott is a certified gunsmith, Glock Armorer, and is certified to instruct variety of NRA courses which are open to anyone who enrolls in his courses.
